On the Way to Olympics: Callum Dixon

In this third week of our series of #lexicminds at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, we find Callum Dixon, a rowing rockstar. He is a 23-year-old athlete competing this summer representing his country, the United Kingdom.

He was diagnosed with dyslexia when he was around 8 years old.

๐Ÿ† Great Achievements:

  • He is now part of the British men's quadruple sculls boat that won Olympic silver in Tokyo.

  • He made his debut on the World Cup circuit last year

๐Ÿ’ก Dyslexia as a Brilliant Advantage:

โ€œI express myself with my body rather than words and thatโ€™s the best thing about being a full-time athleteโ€.
